COVIDSafe Plan for our Workplace
We are genuinely committed to protecting our customers, visiting sales representatives and staff during this unprecedented time. This is our plan to manage the risk of exposure to COVID-19.
Our staff
- Are given information and training on how to safely work with customers, visitors and colleagues.
- Will observe good hygiene procedures and regularly wash their hands and/or use sanitiser.
- Will continue to observe social distancing requirements.
- Will not come to work if they have any symptoms such as a sore throat, cold, cough, aches, shortness of breath or any other flu-like symptoms.
- Will immediately be sent home and encouraged to seek treatment and testing should they display any flu-like symptoms.
- Will not attend the workplace if they are in isolation or quarantine.Our staff

Our customers and visitors
- Will be asked if they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms. If a customer or visitor does have any symptoms, they will be asked to return when they have complied with COVID-19 requirements.
- Are provided with hand sanitiser upon entry.
Our cleaning
- We have a documented cleaning schedule. Regularly touched surfaces and objects will be wiped down daily. We use products labelled ‘disinfectant’ to wipe surfaces including entry and exit points, keyboards, seats, and work surfaces. EFTPOS facilities will be cleaned after each use.
- Our bathrooms are cleaned twice daily.
- Our staff rooms are regularly cleaned and allow for physical distancing
Our workplace
- Will limit entry to customers and visitors when numbers reach the 4sqm requirement.
- Is committed to supporting these procedures to observe COVID-19 restrictions and operating our workplace safely.
