Laminate

A huge appeal of laminate is the affordability compared to solid timber. Advances in technology also mean that laminate now has an identical look and feel of natural hardwood. It is strong and scratch-resistant making it the ideal choice for high foot-traffic areas (especially with Christmas approaching). Here are a few shades from our laminate range:

  • Clix Beech – a neutral light brown plank that provides a great base colour for any interior.
  • Quick-Step Majestic Desert – this brushed grey floor comes in extra-wide and extra-long planks radiating luxury and style.

Parquetry

With many different patterns and colours to choose from, you can be sure to wow your guests with a classic parquet floor. You can combine different species and colours to really push the creative boundaries. Examples of woods include Spotted Gum, Tasmanian Oak and Tallowwood.

Vinyl Plank

Though a synthetic flooring material, technology developments mean that vinyl planks are now designed to accurately mimic the look of hardwoods. Another bonus is that the majority are 100% waterproof! So no need to worry about those inevitable spills over the festive season. Vinyl planks in our range include:

  • Natural Impressionist Jasper – for authentic woody hues and that natural timber appearance, you should definitely consider this vinyl plank.
  • Quick-Step Oak Natural – a neutral-coloured board giving you the freedom to choose any interior colour scheme.

Cork/Bamboo

For a more sustainable flooring option, cork and bamboo are excellent materials to consider. Both are aesthetically pleasing and hard-wearing, meaning they’ll stand up to lots of foot traffic and be widely admired by your guests. Here are some to consider:

  • Readycork Traditional – the champagne shade of this cork floor creates a comfortable and humble setting in any room.
  • Arc Bamboo Coffee – consisting of soft neutral browns, this floor lightens a room creating the impression of more space.
